Trauma Therapy

My approach is gentle and grounded, blending:
Emotion-Focused Tapping: A combination of acupressure and emotional processing to release stuck emotions and soothe overwhelm.

Self-Esteem Therapy

Learn how to speak up and assert your voice with authority
Learn how to take up space with your presence when you walk into a room

Caregiver Support
Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful — and also incredibly exhausting. If you’re feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or resentful (and then guilty for feeling that way), you are not alone.
As both a therapist and a caregiver to my mother and disabled brother, I understand the unique challenges this role can bring. That’s why I offer a 6-session caregiver support series focused on:
Understanding how guilt affects your caregiving decisions
Identifying your unspoken needs and boundaries
Managing resentment and burnout
Creating daily rituals for grounding, even when life is unpredictable
This is your space to feel supported, heard, and reminded that your well-being matters too.
