Trauma Therapy

My approach is gentle and grounded, blending:

  • Emotion-Focused Tapping: A combination of acupressure and emotional processing to release stuck emotions and soothe overwhelm.

  • Somatic Therapy: Helping you reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive way.

Self-Esteem Therapy

If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself and start owning your worth, this work is for you. Together, we’ll:

  • Identify and rewrite the old stories keeping you small

  • Build eight key emotional habits that support lasting confidence

  • Learn how to speak up and assert your voice with authority

  • Learn how to take up space with your presence when you walk into a room

  • Lower your tolerance of toxic behaviors, and instead set powerful boundaries

Caregiver Support

Caring for someone you love can be deeply meaningful — and also incredibly exhausting. If you’re feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or resentful (and then guilty for feeling that way), you are not alone.

As both a therapist and a caregiver to my mother and disabled brother, I understand the unique challenges this role can bring. That’s why I offer a 6-session caregiver support series focused on:

  • Understanding how guilt affects your caregiving decisions

  • Identifying your unspoken needs and boundaries

  • Managing resentment and burnout

  • Creating daily rituals for grounding, even when life is unpredictable

This is your space to feel supported, heard, and reminded that your well-being matters too.
